You can use city cash to buy much more valuable things such as big community buildings ect.

Each time you level up you will get citycash so to gain a nice amount it means your going to have to level up quickly. First off before you decide to level up quickly you will need alot of energy as you will be completing short tasks to gain xp to level up which will use up your energy. So to start off get your neighbors then visit every last one of them i recommend no less then 40 neighbors. This will give you a big energy boost and also coin boost be sure to gain xp whilst visiting them by completing tasks you get coins and goods bonus's whilst doing this so this is great for your resources. Now you should have quite abit of energy and now you have neighbors they will be topping it up daily for you by sending it. Next build lots of strawberry crops these are great when gaining xp because they ripen in 5 minutes and also build business's that payout every 5 minutes remember every item that payout within 10 minutes build it.

When trying to level up fast build 40% of your buildings for xp the other 40% to reserve energy for example buildings that payout alot but take awhile before they can payout and then the other 20% which is inbetween balance is the key in cityville so keep it in mind. If you have no balance for example you only have buildings and crops that payout every 1 day then you will never have anything to do and leveling up will be slow and painful.
